Full conference registration package includes an Opening Reception ticket and an Awards Gala Banquet ticket. An additional registration fee applies to the post-CPERC PharmD Assessment Symposium.
Single day registration includes access to educational sessions only – event tickets must be purchased separately.
Post-CPERC PharmD Assessment Symposium registration fee includes dinner and evening session on May 23 (1830-2030 h) and a session on May 24 (0800-1230 h).
AFPC Member Criteria
AFPC members include pharmacy faculty at the ten Canadian faculties of pharmacy (see AFPC Faculty Member Criteria for each university) and 2020 AFPC Associate or Affiliate members.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by emailing the AFPC administrative assistant at admin@afpc.info. A $75.00 cancellation fee will apply for CPERC registrations cancelled until April 30, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
